Job description

We are one of San Diego's premier general contractors operating in San Diego, CA! We have a heavy focus in Interiors, Exteriors, Shells and Tenant Improvements across the commercial sector. We are looking to bring on a Superintendent with experience in these commercial sectors. If this sounds like a fit, please read on!

What You Will Be Doing

- Commercial Tenant Improvement projects; Shells & Exteriors $5M-$15M in value
- New Construction projects
- Managing job site crews
- Leading the project from start to finish
- Working with Project Management team to ensure project performs and meets deadlines, costs.

What You Need for this Position

- 5+ years of commercial TI experience
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- High School Diploma
