Job Title: Director of Safety and Risk Management
Job Type: Full-Time(FTE)
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Base Salary: $120,000 to $160,000+Best-in-class benefits

JD:

*The Director of Safety and Risk Management will have the authority and responsibility to develop, implement and monitor the hospital's Patient Safety Plan.
*He/she will administer, manage and coordinate the activities of the Hospital Risk Management Program.
*Patient Safety Management and Risk Management experience and/or related experience
*Agency for Healthcare Association (AHCA) guidelines for reporting and inspection due to Risk Management (Code 15) or facilities issues.
*Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards relating to patient safety and identification of Sentinel Events
*Report writing
*Data interpretation skills
*Basic computer operation; word processing & spread sheets
*Knowledge of risk avoidance & risk control techniques
*Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Skills and certifications:
*Florida Licensed Healthcare Risk Manager

COMPENSATION:
