We are a small family-owned construction firm that was founded back in 2017. We have gained a reputable name across the Atlanta area. We specialize in anything from light to medium commercial construction, multi-family, hotels, retail, and mixed-use developments to extensive loss restoration and residential/commercial exterior projects. We seek an experienced estimator accountable for planning and allocating resources, preparing budgets, monitoring progress, and keeping customers informed throughout the project lifecycle.- Competitive Compensation Based on Experience in the $70k - $110k/year

- Responsible for analyzing and preparing bids for construction projects
- Work with the project managers to review plans and specifications
- Use specialized estimating software to assess materials, labor, and equipment costs
- Ensure accuracy and precision in your estimates and ensure all work is completed on budget and on time
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field:
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management of Construction job sites
- Multi-Level Commercial Construction, specializing in Hospitality Construction
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Bluebeam or PlanSwift
This role offers an annual salary range of $70,000-$110,000:
