• Hiring for shifts: Days, Mon-Fri

To do well in this role you should have your state Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license and one year of relevant working experience.

• Active State Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
• SNF experience preferred
• Dependable transportation
• Must be reliable
