In this newly created position, the Contract Administrator will engage with both internal and external stakeholders. Bringing a proven ability for comprehending and scrutinizing contracts will serve you well as you work with Original Equipment (OE) orders featuring complex terms and conditions. You’ll play a crucial role in managing contracts, handling payment processing, managing order changes and in delivering exceptional customer service.  This is a dynamic position that allows you to showcase your attention to detail and effective communication skills while confidently voicing any concerns to ensure adherence to established criteria. 

Responsibilities: 

• Ability to understand and analyze large contracts, for OE orders with complex terms and conditions.
• Process Payments, change order management, and set up new customers.
• Product and/or customer service related experience is a must
• Provide First Class Customer Service & Support by e-mail and phone
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in an efficient and professional manner
• Able to interact and coordinate with internal company resources and vendor resources to resolve issues for customers and distributors
• Some mechanical aptitude and a knowledge of our products will be required
• SAP knowledge and experience, especially dealing with customers, customer orders, ABAP queries and service notifications is a plus
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
• Ability to travel to Bentleyville PA one time per quarter, for training, and familiarity with the internal team.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in: Business, Marketing or a Technical related field is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to handle internal contacts
• Robust analytical skills to aid in assessing customer needs coupled with the ability to solve problems
• Positive, assertive, and effective communication skills
