Job description

We are seeking motivated, passionate individuals to join our growing team as Remote Travel Agents. If you love travel and helping others plan memorable trips, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Travel Agent, you will be responsible for arranging and booking travel for clients based on their preferences, schedules, and budgets. Duties include:

- Conducting thorough needs assessments to understand each client's travel goals, interests, budgets, and constraints

- Researching destinations and itineraries to craft customized tour packages, day excursions, and full travel itineraries

- Booking reservations for flights, hotels, rental cars, tours, cruises, and special events

- Providing clients with detailed trip documentation including tickets, maps, event details, recommendations, etc.

- Making alternative arrangements as needed to accommodate changes before or during trips

- Developing relationships with vendors/partners to secure preferred rates and amenities

- Ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements

This is a remote position that allows you to work from anywhere with an internet connection. Both experienced travel professionals and enthusiastic beginners are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training is provided to prepare you for success in this role.

To be considered for this opportunity, you must have access to a computer and phone and be legally eligible to work in the USA. Previous industry experience is beneficial but not required. Most importantly, you should have a passion for travel and helping clients plan memorable trips worldwide!
