.NET Developer Location Fort Worth, TX (Far North area) : Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and technically proficient .NET Web Application Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web-based applications primarily using C#, .NET frameworks, and SQL Server. This role demands a deep understanding of web development technologies and best practices, with a strong emphasis on MVC, Entity Framework, WebAPI, and SQL databases. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop robust web-based applications using C#, .NET frameworks (including .NET Core and .NET 5/6), and Entity Framework to enhance business processes.
- Utilize SQL Server for database design, development, and optimization, ensuring high performance and reliability of data-driven applications.
- Implement responsive UIs using modern technologies such as React and proficiently code in JavaScript/CSS.
- Conduct comprehensive unit testing and participate in the end-to-end testing process to ensure the reliability and performance of applications.
- Collaborate closely with the Software Development Manager and team leads to devise effective solutions and address technical challenges.
- Engage in the maintenance and upgrade of existing legacy systems, employing best practices to improve functionality and system architecture.
- Adhere to established coding standards and development practices to maintain code quality and facilitate project documentation.
- Analyze requirements and provide accurate work estimates, contributing to the overall project planning and execution strategy.
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, applying systematic problem-solving techniques to identify and implement effective solutions.
Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is highly preferred.
- 1-5 years of experience in .NET web application development, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server.
- Demonstrated proficiency in web development technologies, including MVC, WebAPI, React, JavaScript/CSS, and other relevant frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- A commitment to professional ethics, delivering high-quality customer service, and the ability to apply technical knowledge creatively to solve complex problems.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in full life-cycle software development and familiarity with agile methodologies.
