We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
- Manage and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals are met.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
- Procure necessary materials and equipment.
- Resolve project-related problems and conflicts.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with construction standards and regulations.
- 5 years of commercial experience (Warehouse, Medical, Retail, and Renovation)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a rated field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in project management software such as Procore or PlanGrid.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A commitment to safety and quality.
- Valid driver's license.
