Genesys Lead/Consultant
Primary Skills and responsibilities.
- Hands on experience into Genesys Composer SCXML Work-flow development including ECMA Script, Rest, SCXML State etc is mandatory
- Good Hands-on experience with Genesys Config/Management layers, Routing layer, GVP, SIP layer/Media layer.
- Expertise on Genesys Rules System and Development of Rules using Genesys Rules Developer Tool (GRDT) and provisioning of rules using GRAT (Genesys Rules Authoring Tool)
- Demonstrated knowledge and ability to troubleshoot any complex issues around Genesys config/management layers, routing layer, Genesys SIP, media server, and ICON/Info Mart.
- Knowledge on Genesys Inter Application communication (PureEngage) such as Messaging between ORS and URS such as InvokeFunctionalModule methods such as SCXMLSubmit, SCXMLQueueQuery etc .
