ASSOCIATE PRINT PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

SUMMARY: This role is looking for a strong willingness to learn and coordinate print and client management. Primary responsibility will be to communicate statuses, monitor, and handle production-related functions of direct mail campaigns. This is a vital role in the day-to-day operation of getting notices printed and mailed.
SCHEDULE: MON - FRI 12PM - 8:30 PM PAY RATE: up to $20.00/hr depending on experience DUTIES - Learn and adhere to Noticing Service's development workflows and processes
- Adhere to the requirements and intricacies of mailings including but not limited to email campaigns, fax, inserting, folding, and printing
- Create mail merges and work with PDFs that will be sent to print
- Manage emails in a clear, concise, and timely manner
- Meet quality standards and appropriately escalate project roadblocks
- Coordinate, organize, and track initial and recurring mailings
- Coordinate with internal and external vendors
- Complete monthly billing activities and purchase orders for supplies and services
- Provide statistics and reports to internal and external clients
- Help determine the need to send a mailing or a portion of a mailing to various vendors for ink jetting, inserting, printing, folding, and mailing
- Create purchase requisitions for certain supplies and services
- Attend meetings and communicate as required to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of current and future mailings
- Communicate with Clients regarding daily mailing requests
QUALIFICATIONS - High School Diploma/equivalent education or 2 years practical work experience
- 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience with the following: Windows Platform, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat
- General Computer skills including copying, moving, deleting, and renaming files
- Proven demonstrated ability to track complex details, work under a deadline, and maintain accuracy
- Proven demonstrated ability to follow regimented instructions while learning new software
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; able to adjust for the intended audience
PREFERED QUALIFICIATIONS: - Familiarity with USPS standards and processes
- Experience building relationships in any environment
- Experience with mail merges or integrating data with print
- Experience with project management software, such as Jira
- Experience handling confidential/sensitive company information such as HIPAA or financial data
- Knowledge of publishing, print, or design industries.
- Any technical or development-related experience with SQL, Python, or JavaScript
