As a Senior Demand and Supply Manager, you'll play a crucial role in providing specialized technical services to our clients. This includes upfront and ongoing demand planning services for complex global clinical trials. Be a part of a collaborative team that values empowerment, connection, and tangible results for our customers and their patients.

What You'll Do:

Lead the design, implementation, and review of inventory management plans to forecast supply plans for global clinical trials.
Act as an informal leader, driving process improvements and providing mentorship within the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize global and regional supply strategies.
Ensure effective communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams for successful supply chain planning cycles.
Stay updated on industry regulations and contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business/operations management preferred.
5-7 years of experience in supply chain and/or planning, with a focus on global supply chain design and logistics management.
Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Ability to lead and work effectively in cross-functional teams.
