Job description
Oncology RN Clinical Chart Abstractor
RN license (from any state) - MUST have Oncology experience. Must have oncology and abstractor experience.
Our corporation seeks to identify a Clinical Chart Abstractor that can dedicate 40 hours per week to our growing team of Medical Chart Abstractors. The ideal candidate will possess medical credentials and have prior experience with chart abstractions and have worked in an oncology setting.
Must have hte following skills and experience
Clinical Chart Abstraction
Accurately and efficiently conduct medical review/abstraction services
Accurately abstract information from the electronic medical record into the electronic data capture tool.
Complete quality, accuracy and inter-rater reliability testing as requested in a timely manner.
Perform quality review on work completed by the other data abstractors
Abide by all HIPAA and associated patient confidentiality requirements
Education/Training: Oncology RN
Must be proficient in navigating through EHR databases.
Clinical experience/pharmaceutical experience; prefer experience in performing chart abstractions in an oncology setting, academic or research experience helpful.
Previous data analysis experience is a plus.
Specialized Knowledge/Skills
Excellent verbal and written skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Excellent computer skills including: MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook
Must have high speed internet access.
This is a contract position only.
The anticipated wage for this position is between $39 and $40
Hourly wage depends upon experience, education, geographic location and other factors.

Must have oncology and abstractor experience. Pay Details: $39.00 to $40.00 per hour
