Job description
This position allows for 2-3 days per week remote / work from home after training.
Salary: $80,000 - 90,000/year
We specialize in providing high quality dedicated fleet services for companies requiring first-rate performance. We are seeking a full time Payroll Specialist for our corporate office in Baltimore, Maryland. Qualified candidates are detail orientated, thorough, professional, and have experience with customer service and data entry related tasks
Job Duties:
Communication with personnel asset terminal locations
Process and enter payroll data
Coordinate and maintain payroll records for all assigned personnel
Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office and Excel
Accurate entry of data into Paylocity
Work closely with management on special assignments
Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing, scanning and filing
Job Requirements:
Experience working in a fast pace office environment is a plus
Payroll experience is a plus
Transportation or Trucking experience is a plus
Ability to work successfully and professionally in a team-based environment
Proficient computer skills required (Microsoft Office Excel)
Self-motivated and starter mentality
Dependability - consistently at work and on time (being punctual)
Extremely organized and detail oriented
Exceptional customer service skills
