Sales Rep – LED/Light & Sign Company – Duluth/Greater Atlanta area
Salary: $55,000-$65,000 base + commission
Location: Onsite (Duluth and field)
Job Summary: Sell LED Display signage products using a consultative approach. Handle full sales process, including travel. Junior role, open to all industries. Average sales cycle: 3-6 months, primarily to schools. Local GA travel, expanding to Southeast territory.
Essential Functions: - Sell to end users (B2C) and B2B customers.
- Create new opportunities through networking.
- Prospect via calls, emails, and in-person follow-ups.
- Conduct sales presentations and prepare quotes.
- Promote products/services in-person and via video conferencing.
- Close sales orders, track proposals, and maintain CRM records.
- Travel to industry trade shows.
- Achieve sales goals, quotas, and KPIs.
Education and Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in business administration.
- 3+ years in Sales/Customer Service/Direct Sales.
- Proven experience selling items with $10,000-$50,000 with 3-6 month sale cycles.
- B2B sales and signage/LED display industry experience a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- 40 hours weekly on-site, 75% local travel.
Compensation/Benefits: - $50,000-$55,000 salary plus commission.
- Monthly health stipend.
