Summary
The Employee Support Administrator is responsible for maintaining an online ticketing system for employees seeking assistance from a variety of departments including Human Resources, Payroll, and Recruiting, among others. The Employee Support Administrator is responsible for tracking these matters, distributing this information to appropriate parties, and providing outstanding support to all employees. Additionally, the Employee Support Administrator will handle employee questions, investigate as needed, and provide solutions for employees in a timely fashion. The Employee Support Administrator must operate confidentially and efficiently with keen attention to detail in all tasks.
Essential Duties




Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies




Assist with legal investigations




Verify employee records and consult departments in the event of a discrepancy




Liaise with the HR Department, Operations management, and PEO representatives to ensure accurate information for payment




Manage the online ticketing system in relation to department-wide email boxes




Answer employee questions and concerns, investigate as needed, and provide timely resolution and guidance to employees




Other tasks and duties that may arise to meet Driveline's business needs

Experience with Payroll preferred but not required
