Here's Where You Come In
As a Middle Market Senior Commercial Account Manager, you will manage an assigned book of business of $1,000,000+ in revenue. You will be responsible for a high level of service and understanding of our client's business needs. You will partner with a Senior Sales Executive and be accountable for Hub's largest and most complex accounts. You will work in a collaborative team environment, mentoring Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants, as applicable.
Responsibilities :
Manages a book of business generally in excess of $1,000,000 in revenue, depending on the complexity or number of accounts.
Provide quality customer service to existing accounts with a goal of 93% retention or more.
Collaborate within a team that includes: Sales Executives, Sr. Account Managers, and Associate Account Managers.
Mentor, support, and train Associate Account Managers and Team Assistants, as necessary.
Ensure accurate maintenance of client information in EPIC
Accountable to administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
Annual Stewardship Reports
Renewal Process- from pre-renewal to proposal preparation to binding of coverages
Loss Summary reviews
Account System Maintenance
Billing questions
Marketing lines of coverage as needed
Special projects and all other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:
High School Degree, or Equivalent
5-7 years in a Commercial Lines Account Manager role on the agency side
Experience working with complex, fast-paced middle market accounts averaging $20k in revenue and above
Enjoy being a life-long learner of Insurance
Excellent Excel skills
Strong communication skills
P&C License
Willingness to travel, on occasion
Insurance designation (CIC or CISR) highly preferred
Experience with Financial Institutions, Insurance Companies, Large Developers and Manufacturers
Department Account Management & Service
Required Experience: 7-10 years of relevant experience
Required Travel: Up to 25%
Required Education: Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
