The Campus Events team is comprised of a broad group of AV experts, including technical directors, engineers, and audio/visual specialists. Campus Events team members are movers and shakers. The Manager, Events Operations – Events Engineering supports corporate events through the management of professional audio/visual systems; benchmarks internal, external events, and TV studio production processes; monitoring execution of deliverables to ensure vendors, Auditorium, and TV Studio operations teams are able to meet business objectives; designing and conducting post-event assessments to improve AV systems; reviewing assessment data and results regarding the execution of events; communicating results and findings to departmental teams and vendors; and identifying improvement opportunities and global best practices; and providing recommendations to the Event Solutions meeting producer and engineer team lead.
