RequirementsCustomer Service Experience: Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers. We spend at least 3 hours a day on the phone with various clients and carriers.
Problem-solving Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively to address customer inquiries and issues.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to accurately document customer interactions and resolve customer issues.
Positive Attitude: Positive and inviting demeanor, with a genuine passion for helping others.
