Kelly Services looking for Service Technicians for one of our clients in Largo, FL

As a Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in repairing and performing electrical mechanical testing on medical device equipment. Your attention to detail and adherence to standard work instructions will ensure the highest quality of service. You will also have the opportunity to assist other areas of the value stream, such as shipment preparation, repair, or testing.
Responsibilities:
Adhere to all environmental, health, and safety SOPs, equipment, policies, and procedures.
Maintain a mindset of accident prevention and work proactively to achieve zero harm in the workplace.
Follow defined Quality Management Systems and complete all required documentation.
Maintain a continuous flow of the servicing line and work independently and as part of a team.
Use good judgment and escalate as needed during the service or testing process.
Rotate into other areas as needed, including assembly, repair, packaging, spare parts, and test operations.
Train employees on an as-needed basis.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Responsibilities (depending on rotation of roles):
Use a variety of hand and power tools to assemble and disassemble medical devices.
Use machinery, equipment, and test aids to conduct tests and verify adherence to specifications.
Perform scheduled calibration of test stations and equipment.
Assist in assembling boxes and packaging material.
Package medical devices and prepare pallets for outgoing shipment.
Qualifications:
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow work instructions and enter data accurately.
Proficient computer skills.
Basic math skills.
Basic knowledge of hardware and assembly tools preferred.
Basic knowledge of testing tools helpful.
Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, reach, and grasp for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 35lbs (up to 42lbs for shipment preparation) and use material handling equipment.
Education and Experience:
High School diploma or GED required.
Previous electrical mechanical assembly, repair, or testing experience preferred.
