This is a mission-critical, front-line role, enabling business customers and channel partners from across the globe to successfully leverage our systems engineering solutions. This includes developing thorough command of our software products and related services and training, interacting with customers via email and phone, addressing customer needs with skill and empathy, and collaborating effectively with other team members.
