Sales Coordinator Job Responsibilities: Supports sales staff by providing administrative, clerical, and customer support. Follows up with customers, completes orders, and processes sales leads. The goal is to provide high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service to increase company’s growth and revenue. Job Duties: Managing all the sales related activity of the company by responding to sales enquires via phone, e-mail, and other forms of correspondence while providing a high quality of service to each caller. Effectively communicating with customers in a clear professional and friendly manner. Provides product, promotion, and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions. Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence. Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates. Perform data entry when orders are completed or changed. Tracking sales to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time. Resolves any sales related issues by investigating data and history; identifying alternate means for filling orders; notifying managers and customers. Supporting the field sales team. Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork, and filing documents. Contacting potential lead customers Making follow-up calls to confirm sales orders or delivery dates. Attend monthly/quarterly sales meetings. Attend trade shows to promote products. Keep up to date with product information. Requirements but not limited to: High School Degree Experience with Microsoft Office & Outlook Solid communication and interpersonal skills Inside or outside sales experience Attention to Detail Data Entry Skills Mathematical Skills Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks Ability to work with a team as well as individually Willingness to Learn Performance Driven Creative problem solver Having a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
