The Role:
In a 24/7 environment, an IT- MES Administrator must exhibit a high level of commitment and flexibility, being always ready to respond to critical issues that can arise at any time of the day or night, ensuring that manufacturing processes are not hindered and that system performance is optimal at all times.
Your contribution to our vision (responsibilities):
System Maintenance and Optimization: Network and Data Security:
Collaborate with the IT- infrastructure team, you protect the MES by implementing and monitoring security protocols, to protect sensitive manufacturing data from unauthorized access, breaches, or cyber-attacks. The same applies for remote access from system suppliers and machine manufacturers.
Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Provide immediate response and resolution to system issues, conducting thorough troubleshooting and implementing solutions to ensure minimum impact on manufacturing operations.
Reporting and Documentation:
Develop and manage comprehensive reporting systems, providing insightful data to management and creating documentation for system configurations, changes, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
