Job Description: Program Manager - AI-Powered Supply Network Integration
Overview: We seek a dynamic Program Manager to drive the coordination and delivery of a transformative program to establish an integrated, global AI-powered supply network. This role is pivotal in realizing our vision of proactively sensing emerging risks and opportunities, conducting impact assessments, and enabling autonomous responses. As a Program Manager, you will spearhead the program's initial phases and subsequently oversee its execution, ensuring alignment with our Global Digital Strategy and broader organizational projects.
Responsibilities:
- Team Formation and Mobilization:
- Lead the formation and mobilization of the program team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Strategic Partnership:
- Collaborate with Finance to shape detailed business cases and secure ongoing funding essential for program success.
- Program Planning and Governance:
- Develop an integrated program plan and roadmap, aligning major milestones with other transformational initiatives.
- Establish and align program governance with existing digital governance forums, ensuring coherence and synergy.
- Use Case Identification:
- Identify and sequence use cases to maximize interdependencies and deliver optimal value throughout the program lifecycle.
- Execution and Oversight:
- Manage the program team in executing the program plan, tracking benefits, managing risks/issues, and reporting status updates.
Collaboration: - Internal Collaboration:
- Work closely with Global Portfolio and Delivery Leads to identify critical path projects, address gaps, and manage dependencies effectively.
- Collaborate with IT to define requirements for the underlying technology platform, ensuring alignment with existing systems and facilitating cross-functional team mobilization.
- Engage key stakeholders from other functions to ensure alignment and seamless reporting.
- Stakeholder Alignment:
- Align with Global Operations and senior stakeholders on governance and strategic objectives, fostering collaboration and buy-in.
Essential Skills & Experience: - Significant program management experience in a digital environment demonstrates a successful delivery track record.
- Familiarity with Digital Twins, Control Towers, and Command Centers, preferably within Supply Chain contexts.
- Profound understanding of Supply Chain Management principles.
- Knowledge of leading-edge digital technologies and their application.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leadership.
- Proven ability to collaborate across complex, global, cross-functional teams.
- Aptitude for data-driven storytelling and presenting complex information to influence decision-making effectively.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive pragmatic solutions.
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
Desirable Skills & Experience: - Familiarity with Decision Intelligence platforms such as Aera.
- Experience with Supply Chain systems like OMP and OneNetwork.
- Knowledge of data science concepts, machine learning, and artificial intelligence.
- Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodology delivery.
- Experience working in global organizations with dispersed partners and project teams.
