Job Title: Cook
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports To: Food and Beverage Manager
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 an hour
Summary:
The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking food orders for guests. They must be able to read and follow recipes, cook a variety of dishes, and work quickly and efficiently. They must also be able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food orders for guests.
- Read and follow recipes.
- Cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.
- Work quickly and efficiently to meet customer demand.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Follow all food safety procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in cooking
- Knowledge of food safety procedures
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
