Program Manager

Location: Exton, PA (onsite)

Duration : 18-24+ Months

Must have:

• MUST HAVE at least 5-10 years of Program management experience at enterprise level
• Cloud migration (Google cloud preferred)
• CI/CD
• Strong Experience with various software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum or SAFe
• Excellent communications

Experience in managing programs, projects and teams in cloud technologies and digital Technologies

1. Good business & product/tech understanding of Google Cloud is preferred.

• MUST HAVE at least 5-10 years of Program management experience at enterprise level

1. Strong experience in playing customer facing role and guiding customers with right strategies for collaborative success
2. Experience overseeing programs consisting of multiple projects multi-function project teams with at least 5-15 team members in each project team
3. Strong Experience with various software development methodologies, including Agile or Scrum or SAFe
4. Work on the strategy and consulting function for the organization while working on Projects in the likes of Change Management/ Transitions / Transformation Management, etc.
5. Work on enterprise level initiatives for process improvements or redesigning of current structures and processes using different techniques coordinating with multiple cross-functional project teams.
6. Guiding, coaching, empowering the team and removing impediments to the team's progress.
7. Experience with program, resource and budget planning for the fiscal year and individual quarters
8. Experience proactively managing risks
9. Wide understanding of enterprise business processes and operating models, including sales, marketing, product and customer related workflows and analytics.
10. Product management experience will be beneficial.
11. Demonstrated ability to lead extended groups of senior professionals in a matrixed organization and interact at all levels of the organizational hierarchy including technical staff and senior leadership
12. Demonstrated ability to drive leadership meetings with senior leaders and solid experience in decision making
13. Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills
14. Demonstrated consistent ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver technical solutions while mitigating or removing obstacles. Has a track record of overcoming project crisis.
