Job description

Sublease opportunity in a retail practice is seeking an OD who will share our entrepreneurial spirit and patient-centric approach to eye care. You are able to work as many days as you please! As an Independent Doctor of Optometry located inside their Store, you will sublease space to practice optometry. You will operate in an adjoining office and perform full-scope optometry. Just like a private practice, you will set your practice hours, professional fees and keep the associated patient revenues. The furnished office includes, well equipped exam lanes, utilities and an online scheduling and patient recall system. Practice is located 45 minutes from Houston.
Job Duties:
Perform comprehensive eye and vision tests.
Advise patients on proper eye care techniques.
Contact lens fitting.
Prescribe medications, eyeglasses and contact lenses.
Seeing fair amount of medical cases
