The Role

• Communicate with key stakeholders to determine project requirements and objectives.
• Confirm that project requirements are understood by all required parties.
• Assure submittals are prepared as required based on meeting project specifications most effectively.
• Confirm project plans including objectives, schedules, and staffing are fully developed.
• Plan, schedule, or coordinate project activities to meet deadlines.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience as a Project Manager, working on Roofing projects
• Good knowledge of flat roof systems
