Job Description

Symmetry Insurance Brokers assess client insurance needs and offer suitable life insurance policies. Agents have access to 40+ top rated insurance carriers to compare products to match client needs and budget. As an Insurance Broker, you educate clients on various coverage options, provide personalized recommendations, and guide them through the application process.

Our agents use innovative technology and other cutting edge digital platforms to engage with clients and match them with the best carriers and products available. Plus, agents have access to an exclusive quality lead program that includes a variety of lead sources, including digital leads. 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' financial situations and insurance needs.
• Present and explain life insurance options tailored to individual client requirements.
• Guide clients through the application, underwriting, and policy issuance processes.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and ongoing support.
• Maintain all insurance documents in a confidential way.

Qualifications

• A valid state-issued insurance license/willing to obtain a license
• Ability to work from home with reliable high-speed internet connection
• Superior verbal and written communication
• Self-Motivated and Self-Employed Mindset
