Description of Key Responsibility:
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively and inclusively with persons of diverse backgrounds and with multiple constituencies of the college and parents.
- Handle inquiries via multiple email accounts and department phone calls regarding Academic Support and Student Disability Services promptly and professionally. Provide information on available academic support resources and accommodations.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, emphasizing the importance of cooperation and teamwork.
- Refer students to the Student Disability Services Coordinator, academic advising, and other campus offices as needed. Identify students at risk of dropping out or requiring additional academic support.
- Coordinate daily operations of the testing center and accommodation processes in collaboration with the Student Disability Services Coordinator.
- Manage scheduling of academic tutoring and group study services. Handle hiring, training, and payroll processes for student tutors.
- Assist students with registration and withdrawal procedures. Support the Student Success Team in sending timely reminders to complete registration processes.
- Maintain and update web pages related to Student Support and Student Disability Services under the guidance of the Student Disability Services Coordinator.
- Collect and compile data on academic support and student disability services.
- Order and manage office supplies, performing general administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist in obtaining and developing assistive technology and accessible course materials when possible.
- Handle logistical activities such as delivering and picking up materials from various locations, including the printshop and mailroom.
- Provide administrative support for student-related matters, including academic standing (probation, dismissal, dean's list, etc.).
- Support the Student Success Team, including the Assistant Provost for Student Success and Dean of Academic Services, with administrative tasks.
- Provide building facilities support for the Learning Commons.
- Perform other duties as assigned

Education/Training:
An associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required
Experience:
A minimum of two (2) years in a related support role required.
Position Summary:
Coordinate essential academic support services, overseeing testing (make-up, accommodated, and placement) and tutoring services (hiring, training, scheduling). Aid in fulfilling academic accommodation requests and support common course registration and withdrawal processes. Collaborate with multiple Departments within Academic Success.
