Job Opportunity: Registered Nurse, Infusion Specialist (part time 2 days a week, potential for more)
Location: West Prime IV Spa: 37th N and Maize Rd. Please apply and inquire about our east location at 9747 E 21st N. Depending on the candidates schedule, we may have the new team member work at both or just East/West.
2 week schedule. Every other Saturday currently required.

A premier Health and Wellness brand with 100 locations nationwide. This includes the 2 locally owned in Wichita. We offer a relaxing, high end spa setting for IV therapy, vitamin injection therapy, and peptides. We pride ourselves in our nurses education and familiarity with our products and services and the customer experience and safety.
What is Prime IV locally to Wichita?
Two spas in Wichita are locally owned and operated by the Beard family. They have been part of and striving to improve the Wichita metro community for over 14 years! Our east Wichita location has been open since November of 2022. The west side location opened in June 2023.
Pay:
Part time (2 days per week) $26 hourly base rate, plus tips, plus free IV membership, plus bonuses
Average tips per pay period have been averaging $5 to $10 additional income per hour.
Since this is a medical spa and not a clinic/hospital, our team members receive tips for their services. The tips go directly to the team members on shift. While not guaranteed, this averages from $5 to $10 per hour additional wage.
Spa Hours:
9AM to 1PM Monday
9AM to 6PM Tuesday - Friday
9AM to 3PM Saturday

Essential Duties
-Customer experience 50%
-Team work and cultivating a “Team Prime” culture 30%
-Administrative duties (checking customers out, cleaning spa, organizing, and restocking) 10%
-Helping Owners grow and cultivate the business and impact in the Wichita metro community 10%
Essential Qualifications
-Registered nurse
-Skilled and experienced in starting IV’s
-Strong desire to see results in the health and wellness of our community
-Passion for people, customers and Prime IV team
-Willingness and eagerness to educate customers on our health improving services
What will I do in this role?
-Customer greeting and intake. This discussion includes determining our customers’ health goals, what their intended outcomes are and education on our therapies/services/benefits.
-Therapy administration. While maintaining compliance with internal protocols and 797 requirements: Compounding IV bags, mixing, and measuring injectables, and administering to customers. Periodic checking on customers for comfort and conclusion of their service. Removal and clean up after treatment.
-Customer experience. Our desire is for our customers to add us to their healthy lifestyle habits. Over the last several years we have seen a transition to preventive healthcare. We want to be a major part of this shift for our community.
-Leadership. Regardless of your job title, we expect leadership and emotional intelligence on our team. Our mission is to cultivate the very BEST IV therapy spa in Wichita and the very BEST place to work for our team members.
-Administrative. Cleaning of spa, organizing, restocking, inventory, and ordering of supplies.

Cody and Lacey Beard have been married for 15 years and lived in the Wichita area since 2008. They moved here from Southern California after Cody got out of the Navy. Cody was a Goddard High School alumni and Lacey grew up just outside of Washington DC. Lacey is a math major from the University of Maryland and Cody holds a Bachelors in nuclear engineering from Edison State University and a master’s in business from Friends University. They have owned and operated the 2 Wichita AVON retail stores for 14 years. Cody has worked for several manufacturers in town in leadership roles. Most recently for the last 7 years as the Plant Manager/General manager of large manufacturing/warehousing facilities.
Their sons are 14 and 17 and attend Andover Middle and High School where they are exceptional student athletes. They can both be found on the football field in the fall and golf course in the spring.
Cody has served on several nonprofit boards including the YMCA and is currently the Director and Head Coach of the Andover Wrestling Club. He has coached youth sports every year for the last 14 years. Lacey supports all the craziness the 3 Beard boys throw her way!
