Hiring for Kitsap County and West of the Narrows Bridge

As a Medical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in establishing care plans in line with the physician's treatment strategy. Your expertise will be the cornerstone of personalized care, ensuring that every patient's unique needs and circumstances are carefully considered. 

In times of crisis, you will be the pillar of support for patients and their families, providing much-needed intervention and understanding. Your compassion will make a world of difference in their healing journey.

• Masters degree from an accredited school approved by the Council on Social Work Education. 
• Currently licensed/certified to practice in the state serviced.
• Must obtain a National Provider Identifier (NPI) in compliance with Washington State regulations.
• One year social work experience in a health care setting required.
• Home care experience preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain current CPR Certification
