We are currently partnering with a prominent client in search of an experienced AV Project Manager / Coordinator. This is a full-time, direct-hire position with a competitive base salary starting at $80,000 plus benefits. The salary range is flexible and will be commensurate with your experience. This fully remote position is based in the Eastern Standard Time Zone (Maryland).

Work Authorization Status: US Citizen / Green Card Holder (due to government rules and regulations)

Please note that candidates without AV Project Management skills will not be considered.

Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in AV Project Management, Coordination, and Scheduling
Strong communication skills
Team-oriented mindset
High school diploma / GED / Bachelor's degree
Proficient in planning, scheduling, and coordinating

Job Description:
As an AV Project Manager / Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling project activities to ensure the effective execution of audiovisual, communications, and electronic systems installation, integration, and service projects. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising union and non-union installation labor and subcontractors
Estimating labor and materials costs, and pricing job charges, including Change Orders
Utilizing financial and labor analysis, along with other management tools, to identify project risks and issues, define mitigation strategies, and ensure project profitability
Providing proactive and ongoing quality-control oversight through direction, supervision, inspection, and documentation
Demonstrating knowledge and experience in planning and commercial construction tasks, including the deployment of video conferencing and telepresence solutions
Creating A/V Project Schedules
Managing projects with experience in planning, scheduling, tracking, and status reporting
