SUMMARY:
This position serves as the first point of contact for customers who prefer to communicate electronically.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage incoming digital leads through initial and follow-up contact with clients.
- Initial return contact to be made within seconds of lead/communication receipt or as soon as practical based on volume and timing of receipt.
- Provide Anthony with service excellence in client communication.
- Complete tracking on a digital lead spreadsheet.
- Manage online reputation for clients posting neutral and positive (3-, 4- and 5-star) reviews.
- Review Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Angi for client reviews.
- Respond to online neutral and positive reviews and post updates in Review Tracker. Responses should use proper grammar and spelling.
- Maintain a minimum of 4.9 rating for Google and Facebook.
- Embody Anthony's core values and build value for Anthony's service. Ensure consistency with the utilization of scripting.
- Maintain database with a variety of response templates for online reviews which exhibit gratitude and appreciation for clients' neutral and positive feedback.
- Manage second-look financing for sales teams and technicians.
- Handle overflow inbound calls primarily in late afternoon/early evening.
Skills you bring for success:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
- 2-year degree a plus
- 2+ years of call center, customer service, sales, or appointment scheduling
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service, communication (verbal and written), and phone skills
- Strong attention to detail with an ability to think critically
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Proficient at typing (minimum of 35 wpm)
Training Hours:
- Training will be scheduled Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
- Training begins with inbound phone skills, moves to digital processes, and finally to financing support for our internal partners.
- Once training is complete (after 90-120 days), work hours will be adjusted to a Tuesday-Saturday schedule as 11:00 am - 8 pm or noon- 9:00 pm
