D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for an Wireline Telecom Administrator II . The right candidate will p rovide wireline account support for all corporate and division offices, including subsidiaries
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Maintain responsibility for all requests to move, add, or change voice and data services for all company offices including but not limited to corporate, sales, divisions, subsidiaries
- Work with all service providers on service orders, including new service, moves, and cancellations including but not limited to tracking, escalating, resolving installation issues.
- Perform local, long distance, and data communications billing analysis
- Conduct rate analysis and review per contract specifications
- Certify telecom bills and forward them to assigned approvers for corporate, division and subsidiary offices
- Enter all invoices into billing system, both manually and in electronic formats
- Audit all invoices for errors regarding pricing and data entry
- Send all approved invoices to A/P on a weekly schedule along with required invoice copies
- Respond to inquiries via voice and email within current department SLAs
- Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
- Provide ad hoc reporting for management needs and division office requests
- Assist with all voice and data service interruption issues and coordinate actions with vendors and IT personnel to correct
- Ability to work overtime
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Three to five years of related experience and/or training
- Previous experience in at least one of the following areas: JD Edwards, telecom expense management software, or telecom billing and troubleshooting
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
- Proficiency with MS Office and email
- Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
