Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the dental office, including overseeing the front desk, scheduling, and patient flow
- Supervise and train office staff to ensure efficient and friendly customer service
- Handle patient inquiries, appointment scheduling, and insurance verifications
- Coordinate and manage dental billing and collections
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure smooth patient care and treatment coordination
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Requirements
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Dental Office Manager or similar role in a dental practice
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of dental office procedures, policies, and regulations
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in dental billing and insurance processes
- Bilingual skills are a plus
