The Marketing Manager is a full-time position working from various schools and locations. The position requires visiting schools within the Cleveland region on a regular basis to attend meetings, make presentations, and coordinate events with school and Marketing personnel, civic groups, parents, students, and other audiences identified through market research. Excellent presentation, communication, and organizational skills are required. 

The Marketing Manager shall be proficient in all aspects of the student enrollment process, school program, and the organization’s mission and vision. The Marketing Manager will engage in extensive, ground level marketing activities including major lead generation through canvassing and networking. A strong work ethic, ability to work independently, skills in effective project management, and a background in sales/customer service is required (previous recruiting experience preferred).    The Marketing Manager must have their own reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule (some evening and weekend working shifts may be required). Other job duties may be required as needed.
