The compensation package varies by practice but typically includes a combination of the following:

• Daily guarantee 
• Competitive percentage of adjusted production
• Additional production bonuses
• $200,000 - $300,000+ annual earning potential (based on location)
• Up to $50,000+ in Bonuses

Responsibilities at our practices include, but are not limited to:

• Performing dental procedures, such as extractions, root canals, and filling cavities
• Providing comprehensive oral health services including examination, diagnosis, treatment plan, patient education, referrals, and follow-up visits
• Offering dental care to patients in a timely and efficient manner
• Communicating with other staff members to efficiently give quality care to patients
