The responsibility includes patient preparation for blood draws and performing phlebotomy techniques for outpatient services,
In addition, perform order enter test request via Sunquest information system and process send out specimens to Reference lab,
Ability to accession all different types of specimens and prioritize STAT requests and distribute samples to designated departments,
Perform Per-Analytical specimen collection QA by rejecting samples that are not suitable for testing,
Perform customer service by applying AIDET framework,
