Job Summary
We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Preventative Maintenance Technician. You will maintain the asset management system for accurate information updated PM’s and work orders.
Job Description
- Manage preventative maintenance of molding machines and auxiliary equipment on time.
- Responsible for adding parts to work orders and ensure inventory is on hand to complete all Preventative maintenance.
- Perform all duties in compliance with Company directives and in accordance with Good Manufacturing.
- Practices (GMP) and FDA requirements or other program requirements.
- Complete assigned tasks as directed by the Maintenance lead.
- Keep the shop and tools clean and in an orderly manner.
- Comply with 5’S standards and manage and keep an eye on expiration dates on supplies.
- Able to communicate effectively and thoroughly through email and other communication sources.
- Partner with a maintenance technician to train on other repairs.
- Other responsibilities and projects as assigned.
Skills Required
- Ability to use basic hand and power tools.
- Specific Skills: Ability to use micrometer and callipers to measure parts, basic knowledge of PLC Systems.
Education/Training/Certifications
- High School Diploma required, vocational school preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to pass criminal background check.
- Shift time: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay Rate
- $22.00 per hour
