Autism Spectrum Therapies ("AST"), one of the largest and most respected autism services organizations in the county, is looking for an exceptional master’s-level ABA professional to join our team as a Managing Technician ! This position is ideal for an experienced candidate ready to build their assessment skills while working toward becoming a BCBA.

AST currently employs nearly 100 BCBAs with offices in 7 states and growing. We are hiring 2 Managing Technician's within the Inland Empire region.

• 1 Managing Technician will support clients and Behavior Technician's throughout Victorville, Adelanto, Phelan, Hesperia, Barstow, and/or Apple Valley.
• 1 Managing Technician will support clients and Behavior Technician's throughout Pomona, Chino Hills, Chino, Ontario, Montclair, Rancho, and/or Upland.

• Work under the direction of a BCBA
• Accrue all indirect supervision hours towards becoming a BCBA
• Oversee a team of approximately 5 interventionists and average 10 - 15 clients
• Develop client goals and clinical programs
• Support parent training and education
• Write progress reports and conduct regular team meetings

• Master’s degree
• Minimum one year experience working with children with autism
• BCBA eligible or accruing hours towards certification
• Extensive prior experience with applied behavioral analysis
• Demonstrated fluency with all aspects of the Behavior Interventionist position
• Demonstrated ability to train others
• Strong communication and writing skills
• BCaBA preferred, not required
• Bilingual skills highly preferred, not required

$24.70 - $31.20 / hour

Other salary range for activities such as administrative work or driving time is $15.50 to $26.00 hourly
