Description/Notes:

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Responsible for oversight of Construction, Maintenance, Job Order Contracts, Custodial, FFE and bond project execution.  Initiate and maintain relationships with a variety of third-party vendors to support the operations of the District.  Work closely with District leadership to facilitate support and communication between central office, schools, and community stakeholders.  Attend Board meetings and make presentations when appropriate and/or requested.

Qualifications:

Education/Certification:
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Master’s degree in related field, or equivalent relevant work experience

Special Knowledge/Skills:
Advanced technical knowledge of facility operations, management, and planning practices
Ability to resolve conflict, listen, and appropriately respond to concerns
Knowledge of best practices regarding implementation of school district operations
Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to manage large scale projects, budgets and personnel
Ability to implement policy and procedures
Ability to interpret data

Experience:
Minimum of three years facility (or similar) administrative or management experience
Experience in managing construction projects preferred

Salary Range:

Actual salary will be calculated based on experience.
