We are hiring CDL A Drivers (including trainees) to run 7 Western States

JOB DETAILS

• Running lanes are CA,OR,WA,ID,NV,AZ,UT
• This is 100% no touch ,60% drop n hook
• Weekly pay comes to $1200-$1500/WK
• Pay is based on experience and goes from $0.43-$0.72CPM
• Weekly pay-direct deposit
• Drivers average 2200-2500 miles per week
• Home every other week for 48 hours
• Dog or rider from Day one (except for trainees must wait to complete training first).
• Dog must weigh less than 30LBS.
• All freight is no touch - when unload is required lumpers are paid for
• Paid orientation
• Monthly bonus potential up to $0.8 cpm (fuel, safety, performance)

PERKS AND POLICIES:

• Pay is based on sliding scale and goes from:
• $0.46-$0.72CPM. for Experienced drivers
• $0.43-$0.57 for new graduates after training is completed
• Weekly take home $1200-$1500
• Trainees are paid $650 weekly during training
• Full benefits kicks after 60 days and include Medical, dental, 401K and PTO
• Detention pay
• Layover paid
• Extra stop paid
• Rider Policy: available from day one.
• Pet Policy: 1 dog only, must weigh less than 30 lbs.
• 24-hour Dispatch

TRUCK FEATURES:

• No slip seating
• Drivers can go home with truck
• Freightliner KW T680, International, automatic 2020 and up
• All trucks equipped with APUs.

RECENT CDL A GRADUATES

• Trainees must have Class A CDL
• Trainees must have at least 120hr from an accredited truck driving school
• Paid Training and orientation
• Training type Regional & OTR
• Training in duration 4-6 weeks
• Home every other week 34-48 hours
• During training drivers are paid $650 WK
• Dog & Rider allowed after training is completed

Requirements:

• Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
• Must have a fairly clean driving record with no major accidents, tickets, or suspensions within the past 5 years
• Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concerns.
• Must have solid 10-year work history with no major gaps of employment outside of school or training
• NO DUI/DWI Felonies, misdemeanours in the last 10 years
• Candidates must be able to pass URINE and HAIR FOLLICLE pre-employment drug screen

INCOME: $62,400-$75,000
