Job description

Jackson Pharmacy Professionals  is currently hiring for a contract Pharmacist in Chino, CA. Day & PM shifts w/ varied start times, 10 hour shift length.

Pharmacist Position Details:

• ASAP start
• 13 week contract with opportunity to extend
• EPIC experience required

Pharmacist Requirements:

• An unrestricted CA license as a registered pharmacist
• Current California Pharmacist License
• One year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized setting
• Computer experience with pharmacy programs and with Windows
• Demonstrated application of drug knowledge and clinical judgment
• Experience with EPIC EMR system required
