About the role
We at CBRE are currently seeking a Project Management to join the Construction Project Services team in Littleton, CO. The purpose of this position is to lead projects with heavy infrastructure requirements. This position will be responsible implementing multiple small and large projects from “Inception to Occupancy”. Strong knowledge/understanding of electrical, mechanical, roofing, paving, envelope work is a must!

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university and a minimum of three to 5 years of related project or 7 plus years related experience without a degree.
Project Management in the construction industry required.
Experience managing process improvement initiatives.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Knowledge/understanding of electrical, mechanical, structural, building management systems (BMS), roofing, paving, and envelope work is strongly preferred" ... "keen understanding of renewable energy markets, and construction trends and best practices are also strongly preferred. .

CBRE Carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for this Project Manager position is $95,000.00 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $115,000.00 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental Insurance, Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and Vision Insurance.
