Job description

La Cour Kitchen And Bar in Jackson, MS is looking for one expeditor to join our 43 person strong team. We are located on 4500 I 55 North Frontage Road Suite 130. Our ideal candidate is attentive, motivated, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all food orders have been properly prepared
• Finalize presentation of food as needed
• Deliver orders to maintain constant service
• Ensure that plates move from kitchen to table in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an expeditor
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations
• Excellent communication skills and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of common practices and procedures in a restaurant environment
