Job Title: Build Out and Finish Superintendent - Offices and Multifamily
Location: Baltimore, Maryland
Salary: $100k- $145k + DOE; allowances and bonus incentives
Requirements: 5+ years experience in office TI and interior build-out construction with exposure to project sizes of 100k sq ft or more

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Superintendent with office TI and interior build-out experience to join our team in Baltimore. As a Superintendent, you'll ensure timely project progress, guarantee client satisfaction, and develop our reputation with tenant improvement subcontractors. You'll work with the Project Manager, architects, and field crew, helping to create schedules, coordinate and direct work, assist in documentation, manage punch lists, and more. Once this project is complete, you will be expected to temporarily relocate for projects in VA and NC.

What You Will Be Doing
- Assist in overseeing and managing daily field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, punch lists, etc.
- Enforce project safety and compliance
- Monitor interior build-out construction projects
- Maintain documentation
- Foster relationships with subcontractors and clients for future business
- Assist the project manager with documentation throughout the building process; including but not limited to - reviewing and assisting with RFIs, documenting change orders, attending walk-throughs, reviewing future project sites, etc.
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years in construction, with a strong background in interior build-outs and office tenant improvement
- Experience with subcontractors in the DC/Metro area
- Ground-up construction experience
- Experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of construction
- Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera
- Ability to travel locally/regionally for additional projects (Virginia and North Carolina)
