Winds of Change, a well-established mental health center based in Missoula, MT, is in search of a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner Psychiatrist to join our committed team. As a Nurse Practitioner with us, you will have a crucial role in delivering top-notch patient care and fostering wellness within our community. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive healthcare services, performing patient examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and recommending appropriate treatment plans. We offer a competitive hourly rate of up to $50 (depending on experience) and a supportive work environment that encourages personal and professional growth. Responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and medical history • Perform diagnostic tests to diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses • Prescribe medications and provide patient education on proper medication administration and potential side effects • Respond to pharmacy and refill requests accordingly • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective patient care • Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal health outcomes • Proficient in electronic records and documentation • Performing and giving psychotherapy for treatment of conditions Qualifications: • Master's Degree in Nursing • Valid Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner license • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in primary care • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Compensation: $50 per hour DOE
