Multiple acute care hospitals located in eastern Texas are now seeking experienced Acute Care Pharmacy Director’s to join their award winning healthcare teams!
Based in eastern Texas, these acute care hospital locations range in size from 150-350+ inpatient beds and offer a variety of medical and surgical services. These facilities offer emergency and critical care, surgical services, radiology and laboratory services, women’s health, cardiovascular and stroke services, rehabilitative care, and much more. Both organizations are known as regional leaders in patient safety, quality care services, and clinical innovation.
As Acute Care Pharmacy Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all clinical and administrative pharmacy operations for the respective hospital. The Acute Care Pharmacy Director will manage teams of 40+ FTEs, develop service line policies and procedures, ensure regulatory readiness, train pharmacy staff and lead recruitment activities, manage department financials, and collaborate with hospital executive leadership teams.
