Responsibilities:
Government Solutions Consulting:
- Develop and implement strategic consulting plans for government entities in the assigned territory.
- Engage with public sector clients, offering expert guidance on commercial vehicle solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand governmental requirements and preferences.
- Collaborate with the RVP of Public Sector Sales for strategic promotional insights.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring exceptional advisory services.
- Be the primary consultant for clients within the government territory, delivering outstanding insights.
- Identify opportunities for value-added services to enhance client outcomes.
Performance Advisory and Reporting:
- Provide strategic advice, contributing to clients' goals and objectives.
- Track and measure the impact of advisory services, maintaining a record of successful outcomes.
- Prepare insightful reports, forecasts, and market analysis for clients and internal stakeholders.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- 2-5 years of proven experience in consultative services, preferably in the commercial vehicle industry.
- Entrepreneurial drive with a desire to contribute to client success.
- Knowledge of or willingness to learn about commercial vehicles and industry trends.
- Experience in consulting within public sectors is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
