Position Summary: In this role, you will be instrumental in helping the company’s overall goals of growing the business lines, specifically Mortgage. You will work in collaboration with the mortgage marketing manager and digital marketing manager to execute the social media efforts for the Mortgage Loan Officers (MLOs) social pages on all platforms and continue to grow the MLO program overall.
You’ll have the opportunity to utilize your skills and experiences to further grow into a digital expert by operating in robust digital platforms including our social Content Management Platform (HootSuite). You will execute and measure the social media impact of the MLO pages and will have the opportunity to provide recommendations for future improvements.
Position Responsibilities : Your duties will include implementing, and monitoring our MLO social pages (on all channels) across the entire footprint with the following responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary social media coordinator for the MLO program and maintain the company’s voice, tone, while ensuring an adherence to established brand and compliance standards.
- Enhance marketing’s presence in new and emerging social media and how it fits into overall marketing mix and strategies.
- Provide 1 on 1 or group social media guidance and education for Mortgage Lenders and mortgage department leaders across the company’s footprint.
- Provide monthly, quarterly, and yearly reporting on the MLO social media program.
- Execute the strategy of the MLO social media program.
- Drive ongoing program, process, and measurement improvements, as it relates to acquisition of metrics and campaign ROI.
- Collaborate with local market leaders and marketing executives across the company’s footprint.
- Work alongside current and future mortgage social media interns.
- Provide input to the ongoing process of improving the user experience with the company’s website.
Requirements Degree in Business, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, and/or Communications
Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage his/her own project tasks
An understanding of the social media landscape. Experience with social media management platforms like Social Studio, Hootsuite, etc. is preferred, but not required
Experience with Microsoft Office suite
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to speak up and thinking creatively
Ability to work independently with a wide range of business stakeholders
